Five Stars Builders is a licensed general contractor operating in Southern California under CSLB License #1103138, issued by the Contractors State License Board. All work performed by Five Stars Builders is carried out under that license.

Service Agreement

All work is subject to scheduling and availability. When you submit a request, we will contact you to confirm scope, schedule, and price. Work begins only after you have approved the written scope and estimate. You will not be charged more than the agreed amount without your explicit authorization.

Ownership and Authorization

By requesting work, you represent that you are the owner of the property in question, or that you have lawful authority to authorize the requested work, including any approvals required by your homeowners association.

Pricing and Payment

All pricing is provided as a written estimate before work begins. Prices may vary based on site conditions, materials, and scope of work. Payment terms are defined in your project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Five Stars Builders uses professional methods to minimize risk during construction. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions that existed prior to our work. Photographs or documentation of pre-existing conditions may be taken before work begins.
